Scope of services
Magentic AI Solutions provides AI strategy, implementation, change management, and related consulting services. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in a written Statement of Work signed by both parties before work begins.
Fixed-fee engagements
Unless otherwise stated, our engagements are fixed-fee. The price quoted in the Statement of Work is the total fee for the defined scope. Changes to scope are handled through a written change order.
IP ownership
All deliverables produced for you — workflows, prompts, SOPs, documentation, dashboards — are owned by your organization from the moment they are delivered. Magentic retains the right to reuse general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing tools.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public information disclosed during the engagement confidential. A separate NDA may be signed at your request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
